The Durand Residence began as an open field and was developed into a fully realized custom home through an integrated architectural and interior design approach. DEYO Design Co. led the project from initial planning through construction, providing comprehensive documentation and close coordination across all phases.

By managing both the architectural design and interior finishes, the project was approached as a cohesive whole rather than separate disciplines. This allowed for seamless alignment between structure, layout, materials, and detailing—ensuring design intent carried through to execution.

The home features a fully custom millwork package, including a bespoke range hood, solid wood interior and exterior beams, and tailored cabinetry throughout. Lighting design and fixture selections were carefully coordinated to enhance architectural elements while supporting functionality and atmosphere.

Throughout construction, DEYO Design Co. worked closely with contractors and fabricators, reviewing shop drawings and providing on-site coordination to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency from drawings to final installation.
