Multi-Use New Construction | Architecture + Furnishings

DEYO joined this project at the very beginning as an architectural consultant. Through initial design and building programming to construction documents and model furnishings, we were along for the ride from start to finish. With a voluminous, industrial-style commercial space on the first level to even more spacious lofts on the second, a solid steel infrastructure carries this building. We designed a custom steel stair stringer welded directly to the framework to accentuate the industrial-style lofts, complete with their own mezzanine bedroom level. This compact multi-use building boasts 2 commercial spaces and 1 Handicap Accessible residential unit on the ground floor plus 4 loft-style residential units with terraces on level two. Once complete, DEYO was asked to furnish two of the units with a dual-role as model unit and short term rental options.
