Twinhome Development

Designed as a thoughtfully planned 10-building twinhome development, this project balances affordability with elevated everyday living. While intentionally simple in form, the homes were designed to feel elevated and approachable — offering the comfort and functionality of a high-end attached home at an attainable price point.

Inside, the floor plans maximize livability with open-concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces centered around daily life and entertaining. A walk-in pantry adds practicality to the main level, while the second floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and conveniently located laundry. The lower level provides an attached two-car garage along with a bonus space suited for a home office, workout room, or additional living area. In an effort to stray from the ever-present “mirrored” twin home exterior, we designed these as copied right to left. This concept creates essentially two different floor plans where one side has windows in the living room and the other has windows in the dining space.
